Welcome to OptyStack, the SaaS Spend Visibility and Optimization platform that helps you uncover waste, manage licenses, and save costs across all your SaaS tools.
Follow this quick guide to create your account and get started in minutes no credit card required.
Step 1: Visit the OptyStack Website
Go to https://optystack.ai
Click Start Free Trial (top-right corner) or Book Demo if you’d like a personalized walkthrough.
The free trial gives you full access to OptyStack’s core features — discovery, analytics, and optimization recommendations.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
You’ll be taken to the signup page where you’ll need to provide:
Work Email Address — Used as your login ID and for system notifications
Sign in with Google or Microsoft — You can choose to sign up with Google and Microsoft as well.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
You’ll receive a verification email from OptyStack within a few minutes with the OTP.
Open your inbox and look for the OTP.
Enter the OTP on the portal.
Create your profile and setup a password.
4. Select your plan to login. (No Credit Card required)
Step 4: Log In to Your Dashboard
After verification, log in at https://hub.optystack.ai/login using your registered email and password.
Once logged in, you’ll land on your OptyStack Dashboard, where you can:
Connect your SaaS tools
View your organization’s spend summary
See AI-driven optimization recommendations
Step 5: (Optional) Invite Your Team
OptyStack works best when Finance, IT, and Procurement teams collaborate.
To invite teammates:
Go to Settings → Organisation
Click Invite User
Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Manager, or Read Only)
Troubleshooting Tips
If you run into issues during signup:
Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
Didn’t receive verification email | Email filters or firewalls | Check spam/junk folders or whitelist @optystack.ai |
Can’t sign in | Wrong credentials | Click Forgot Password on the login page |
Free trial not activated | Incomplete signup | Ensure your email is verified |
